Job interview

March 6th, 2007 at 08:43 pm

Job interview did not go as well as I hoped. I was a bit overwhelmed when I walked into the interview conference room with 8 teachers sitting at the table... I have never been quite so nervous. Werid. I am sure I will not be getting any offers anytime soon. Guess that is the answer to my question. I will stay where I am at and pay off some bills. . Just never imagine my life would be sitting behind a computer screen all day without interaction with others, accept for an occasional mad physician.

I am sorry it didnt go so well (or at least that you think it didnt go so well). Interviewers often can read through nervousness- Hopefully they understand one's intimidation of being interviewed by so many at once.

All things truly happen for a reason- if this doesnt work, it was preparing you for the one that will.

Im rootin for you either way!!!

Oh my gosh. Do we have the same job?? I am a medical transcriptionist and I work at home. Fortunately I love it! I have interaction with the two transcriptionists who work at the hospital and the head of medical records and my two daughters who work for the same hospital. So I have a standing date with a friend for Friday lunch AND I take my dog to the dog park every day and walk a mile or so then let him play with the other dogs.

I'm sorry things didn't go well. I find the way to do the best in the interview is to not care about it! Seriously. The more you want the job the more nervous I think you become.
